Today was Matthew's first day at Pillow. He had a great day and is excited to go back tomorrow. He is such a big boy now - it kinda hurts my feelings!! Ann Lamar started the 2nd grade today - I took a picture of her too on our way to school.

My daddy took us all to Pigeon Forge a few weeks ago. James Hyer stayed home with Matt and the grandmothers because it was too long of a trip him (he doesn't ride well for long). We had a lot of fun - it was really neat watching Matthew and Ann Lamar enjoying all of the same things we did growing up. Here are a few of the pictures. Matthew was scared of his hero "Captain Jack Sparrow" at first.

We went to Gulf Shores last week with Bebe and Grandale. We had such a fun time. Here are a few pictures from our trip.

Sorry that I have been neglecting my blog this summer. Here are a few pictures. We are going to the beach next week so I will have more to post after that. James Hyer got a "playhouse" for his birthday a little early from all of his grandparents. He loves to open and shut the windows and door.

Matthew's preschool had their Mother's Day program last week. It was really cute! We are getting a new playground and it was dedicated to sweet Mr. Sam. He is the handy man and #1 volunteer for St. John's Preschool and everyone loves him - especially the kids! He and Matthew are big buddies so I had to get their picture together. Matthew and Mr. Sam

Matthew is on Webster's team - the Cardinals. He just randomly got the number 4 - but he thinks it's because he is 4 years old!

Here are a few more pictures from Easter. As you can see - it is very difficult to get decent pictures of both of the boys together. So ready for a nap!!
